We have immediate openings for Home Health Aids (HHA) throughout the Twin Cities area.

Shakopee/Prior Lake/Savage:

Client: Female | double amputee | Assist with ADL's | light housekeeping |cats/birds | transportation

Shifts: Weekdays 8A-8P and 8P-8A, Weekends 8P-8A

Client: Male | Parkinson's \ Assist with ADL's

Shifts: Fri. 7:30A- 8P and 8P -8A, Sat/Sun 8A - 8P and 8P - 8A

Client: 10yo boy |Down's | Feeding Tube | Leg Braces

Shifts: M-F 7:30A-9:30A and 3P-5P

Male client- | dementia |assist with all ADL's

Shifts: T/W/F 1p - 3p

Maplewood:

Female client -Assist with ADL's | transportation

Shifts:10A-2P Mon/Sat. and Daily Sun-Sat 4pm-7pm

Male client: Parkinson's | ADLs

Shifts: 10A - 2P 3 times/week

Fridley:

Female client: Errands | Light Housework | ADLs

Shifts: 12p - 4p for 3 days/week

Minneapolis:

Clients: 3 and 4 year old boys |care after school to bedtime | play/entertain boys | help to self-regulate behaviors | meal prep | clean up after dinner/dishes | Assist with

bedtime/bath/dressing | parent in the home during care

Shifts: 2:30P-7:30P Mon-Thu $23-$25/hour

Wayzata/Plymouth:

Female clients in Wayzata - Alzheimer's | Parkinson's |ADL's | lives in a memory care facility

Shifts: Rotating Weekends Daily 8a-12p & 4p-8p & M/W/F 4p - 8p $20-$23/hour

Job Description:

HHAs provide service to individuals in their own homes and communities who need assistance caring for themselves as a result of old age, sickness, disability, and/or other

afflictions.We also support children and teenagers who are uanable to care for themselves and need support to navigate school and life.

Home care may include, but are not exclusive to:

• hands-on care
• light housecleaning
• laundry
• meal preparation
• transportation
• companionship
• household activities.

HHAs are responsible for ensuring that services are delivered in a caring and respectful manner, in accordance with relevant agency policies and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver's license and have proof of insurance.
• Pass a state background check.
• Pass a drug screening test.
