About Our Agency:

Our agency has proudly served the Moore community since 1960, making us one of the longest-standing businesses in the area. As a 3rd generation State Farm agent, I'm passionate about continuing that tradition of service and community involvement. From sponsoring Central Elementary and supporting local sports teams to running an annual cookoff competition between the Moore Police and Fire Departments to raise money for Special Olympics, giving back is at the heart of what we do. We also stay active with the Kiwanis, Rotary, and Chamber of Commerce. Our team of 11 is a mix of long-tenured professionals and newer faces, which creates a balance of experience and fresh energy. We work hard, but we also laugh a lot, compete in fun office games, and celebrate wins together. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
