Print Production Associate
New York, NY (onsite)
3+Month Contract
- Entry-level contract opportunity supporting a busy professional office environment.
- Responsible for document reproduction, scanning, digital printing, copying, customer service, and basic reception coverage.
- Works in a fast-paced setting with a strong focus on accuracy, organization, and meeting deadlines.
- Scan, print, copy, laminate, create custom tabs, mini books, and complete document production requests.
- Monitor, organize, and respond to production email requests.
- Answer the business center phone line and provide professional customer service.
- Maintain inventory of paper, toner, and other production supplies.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and production-ready.
- Prioritize multiple requests and communicate deadline concerns when needed.
- Assist team members to ensure projects are completed on time.
- Perform basic shipping, receiving, filing, and document handling as required.
- Cover the reception desk during scheduled lunch breaks.
- Lift materials up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1-2 years of related production or copy center experience.
- Prior reproduction experience is required.
- Strong customer service, phone, and email communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to operate copiers, printers, scanners, and other office equipment.
- Ability to multitask, solve problems, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
- Legal industry experience is preferred.
