Sona is expanding its US Talent function and seeking a Talent Partner to own end-to-end US hiring for New York, San Francisco, and Austin. You will shape the candidate experience, build scalable processes, and collaborate with senior leaders to accelerate growth in a fast-moving, AI-enabled environment. You will lead GTM hiring with some Customer and other roles, driving a data-driven process, leveraging AI tools, and helping establish the US talent function as the company scales its frontline #J-18808-Ljbffr Sona
