Employment Type Full-time Requirements Cardiopulmonary resuscitation Licensed dentist Tooth Extractions Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree Active and unrestricted California dental license CPR certification Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent chairside manner and a commitment to patient care Ability to perform dental extractions and minor oral surgery Job Description Examine patients’ teeth and gums to diagnose and treat a variety of oral health conditions Utilize X-rays and computer-generated imaging for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning Deliver comprehensive dental care, including routine cleanings, extractions, fillings, decay treatments, bonding, crowns, and veneers Administer local anesthesia as needed for patient comfort Educate patients on oral hygiene and provide aftercare instructions following dental procedures Perform oral cancer screenings and preventive care Prescribe antibiotics and pain medications when appropriate Ensure all dental instruments and equipment are properly sterilized before each use Take impressions for custom mouthguards and dentures Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to all health and safety regulations (HIPAA, OSHA, CDC) Benefits 401(k) with matching Health insurance Paid time off Jobley Bonus: $280 (awarded to candidates hired through Jobley) Shift & Schedule Monday: 8am–1pm (5 hours, but let's assume it's a full paid day) Tuesday: 8am–5pm (8 hours) Wednesday: 8am–5pm (8 hours) Thursday: 8am–4pm (8 hours) Friday: Closed About the Practice Name: Hope Dental Location: 3031 W.
