Senior Virtual Fitness Expert

Job Overview The Senior Virtual Fitness Instructor will design, deliver, and optimize virtual strength and metabolic conditioning programs for aging adults (4070) with metabolic conditions. This role combines high-quality virtual instruction, data-driven programming, chronic disease literacy, behavioral coaching, and strong camera presence. You will collaborate with metabolic coaches, clinicians, and product teams to shape Heald's fitness experience and influence long-term health outcomes. Must Have Requirements NASM Certified (required) or equivalent (ACE, NSCA, ACSM) 5+ years in fitness instruction or personal training with experience coaching adults Strong English communication and on-camera teaching capability Deep knowledge of exercise science and chronic disease safety considerations Data fluency with Apple/Whoop/Garmin + metabolic and functional metrics Behavioral coaching skills balancing accountability with empathy Overall Skills Needed Deliver live and recorded virtual training sessions with strong cueing, motivation, and on-camera presence Build structured curriculum addressing strength, aerobic capacity, endurance, mobility, balance, and functional aging Interpret data from VO2 Max, HRV, HR zones, power output, glucose patterns, sleep metrics, and body composition Create progression programs with attention to symptom management, safety, and functional capacity constraints Coach with empathy, accountability, and behavioral reinforcement strategies tailored to aging adults Develop content including educational modules, webinars, scripts, playbooks, and course libraries Influence product roadmap and data feedback loops in collaboration with product and clinical teams Key Responsibilities & Outcomes Architect and run high-energy community programs Deliver live and recorded virtual training sessions with strong cueing, motivation, and on-camera presence Build structured curriculum addressing strength, aerobic capacity, endurance, mobility, balance, and functional aging Interpret data from VO2 Max, HRV, HR zones, power output, glucose patterns, sleep metrics, and body composition Create progression programs with attention to symptom management, safety, and functional capacity constraints Coach with empathy, accountability, and behavioral reinforcement strategies tailored to aging adults Develop content including educational modules, webinars, scripts, playbooks, and course libraries Influence product roadmap and data feedback loops in collaboration with product and clinical teams Scale of Operations Experience producing fitness content for digital audience Additional Requirements Kettlebell proficiency Experience with diabetes or metabolic health populations Experience producing fitness content for digital audiences Familiarity with CBT, MI, or identity-based coaching models Additional Benefits Benefits: Remote flexibility, community stipend for events, content, and supplies Work Schedule Full-time Remote-friendly (India-based with overlap to US mornings) Autonomy with measurable outputs #J-18808-Ljbffr Continuity 1
