Customer Service Representative

Are you someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and keeping things organized in a fast-paced environment? Guhring Inc. is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.

In this role, you will be the key connection between our customers, sales team, production departments, and management-helping ensure every customer receives outstanding service and support.

What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, fax, and website inquiries
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Provide pricing, delivery, and product information to customers
• Coordinate with sales and production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Resolve customer questions and concerns professionally
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation within our systems
• Prepare reports, correspondence, and order confirmations

What We're Looking For

• 1-3 years of customer service, administrative, or office experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a team-oriented environment
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
• SAP experience is a plus
• Ability to read and interpret order information and technical documents
