Admissions & Marketing Director

AMA LTC is growing, and we are looking for a dynamic, relationship-driven Admissions & Marketing Director to join our team and help connect residents and families with the care and services they need.

We are seeking an experienced professional who understands that admissions and marketing in long-term care are about more than census numbers — they are about building trust, creating relationships, and being a strong advocate for residents and families.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage the facility’s admissions and marketing efforts

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, case managers, community organizations, and referral partners

• Build and maintain a strong referral network to support census growth

• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective residents and families

• Conduct tours and effectively communicate the services, programs, and benefits offered by the facility

• Coordinate the admissions process from initial inquiry through admission

• Monitor referral sources, admissions activity, and census trends

• Develop creative strategies to increase visibility within the local community

• Represent the facility at community events, healthcare networking opportunities, and outreach activities

• Work closely with the Administrator and leadership team to develop and execute census-growth strategies

• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-up with prospective residents and referral sources

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in healthcare admissions, marketing, business development, or a related field

• Long-term care, skilled nursing, assisted living, or healthcare experience strongly preferred

• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills

• A professional, energetic, and positive approach

• Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the facility leadership team

• A genuine passion for helping residents and families navigate their healthcare options
