Work Environment\n

This full-time position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing our clinicians to effectively reach clients in their own environments while still being part of a collaborative team. The work hours are from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, fostering a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services, including individual, group, and family therapy, while developing personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs and presenting problems of each client.

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine clients' mental health needs, utilizing evidence-based practices to inform care strategies.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies and support clients during critical moments, ensuring safety and stability.

• Facilitate access to a network of linked services, ensuring continuity of care and effectively communicating with clients, families, and healthcare providers.

• Monitor and evaluate treatment effectiveness, adjusting plans as necessary to optimize results for clients.

• Be part of committees designed to enhance service delivery and support continuous quality improvement initiatives.

• Provide on-call coverage during designated hours to support clients and respond to urgent issues when they arise.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000, based on experience and qualifications.
