Levine Builders:Our construction management arm leads everything from pre-construction and construction management to final commissioning and close out, bringing the company's projects to fruition. Clinton Management:Clinton Management provides comprehensive property management services for developments completed by Douglaston Development and constructed by Levine Builders. Clinton oversees our diverse portfolio of moderate-income housing, luxury apartments, commercial, and retail properties Description Process rent payments received through subsidy programs, public assistance, and personal checks. Post receipts in Yardi from the NYCHA register. Enter and post all wire rent payments. Perform monthly reviews of suspense and prepaid (PPD) accounts. Review and post monthly charges and credits upon approval. Prepare/post monthly and quarterly tenant utility billbacks. Calculate and bill Commercial Unit late fees. Review and close deposit accounting at move-out. Process monthly rent bills. Ad hoc projects Prepare and distribute monthly accounts receivable aging and delinquency reports to property managers. Review tenant ledgers to identify and resolve discrepancies. Qualifications Minimum of three years of hands‑on accounts receivable experience required. Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance Strong written and verbal communication skills. Working knowledge of Yardi 7S required. Experience in property management, real estate, or affordable housing accounting preferred. Familiarity with Section8, HPD, NYCHA, HAP and other housing subsidy programs a plus. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills. Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and customer service skills.
