Vice President, Retail Tax Insurance

Responsibilities Advise clients on the use of tax insurance as a risk-transfer tool Analyze tax opinions, transaction structures, and technical tax issues Develop and execute placement strategies with tax insurance underwriters Manage the underwriting process from submission through policy binding Negotiate policy terms and coverage enhancements Develop and maintain relationships with private equity sponsors and investment banks Generate new business opportunities through networking Serve as a subject matter expert on tax insurance products Requirements Bachelor's degree 4+ years of experience in tax, transactional tax advisory, tax insurance, M&A advisory, law, or related disciplines Strong understanding of U.S. federal income tax concepts and transaction structures Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Proven business development capabilities and commercial acumen #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
