Client Service Manager

Salary: Base $90,000 - $110,000 + Commissions The Client Services Manager role sits at the intersection of relationship management, strategic sales, and energy market expertise. The Client Service Manager will be responsible for: Identifying and developing new business opportunities within commercial, industrial, and institutional markets. Maintaining a robust sales pipeline, meeting sales quotas, and ensuring CRM accuracy for forecasting and prioritization. Collaborating with client stakeholders at all organizational levels to develop and negotiate service agreements. Preparing proposals, RFP responses, and quarterly reports while coordinating closely with Operations to deliver client materials. The Client Service manager should have the following: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. At least 3 years of B2B or consultative sales experience; energy market experience strongly preferred. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools. Ability to travel regularly, spending approximately 70 percent of time meeting clients in the field. Valid driver's license and personal transportation.
