Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
• Current SLP license and active CCC certification
• Experience working with elementary-aged students
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a bilingual preference
• Commitment to collaborative teamwork with educators, families, and support staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication challenges in a school-based setting
• Develop and carry out individualized therapy plans for approximately 35 students
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and regulatory requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professionally to multidisciplinary teams
• Engage in open communication with teachers and parents to foster student progress
• Complete assigned duties and follow up with key stakeholders as needed
