Exceptional Children's Teacher
Term of employment: Exempt position; full-time; 10-month position per school year; starting 2026-2027 school year.
Qualifications: NC Educator License in Special Education: General Curriculum and/or Adapted Curriculum required; successful experience in working with students on behavior management preferred.
Duties: Responsible for instructional program; provide special education services for students with disabilities; maintain exceptional children student records to meet local/state requirements and federal mandates of IDEA; normal duties of a classroom teacher and other duties assigned by principal and/or superintendent.
