Plant HR Generalist: Onboarding, Payroll & Compliance
CORVAC COMPOSITES
Corvac Composites, LLC in Kentwood, Michigan is seeking an HR Generalist to recruit hourly plant staff, conduct onboarding, and maintain personnel files. In this role you will manage payroll for hourly employees, administer benefits, ensure regulatory compliance (EEO, ADA, FMLA, OSHA), and support day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
