Full Year Itinerant Associate Teacher (REPOST) Vacancy CE-52-26 - DEADLINE DATE: OPEN UNTIL FILLED

Job Summary Under supervision and the direction of the Program Supervisor, performs the necessary duties to assist in the planning and implementation of a comprehensive full year child development program for infants/toddlers and preschoolers. Requirements & Qualifications Graduation from high school required. Enrollment in an Associate or Bachelor’s degree program preferred. One year of experience working with children in an educational setting preferred. Enrollment in a child development or related field preferred. California Child Development Associate Teacher Permit or higher level permit required. Pediatric CPR/First Aid certification required. Three to six units of infant/toddler care and development required based on the permit held. Transcripts with infant/toddler units and copies of permits (including name, details, authorizations, expiration date). Permits may be obtained from the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing website at Valid driver’s license required; must provide own transportation with proof of insurance. Additional documents to be submitted upon offer (e.g., DOJ/FBI clearance, tuberculosis clearance, physical/lift test, drug screen clearance, official transcripts).
