Job Description

Looking for family nurse practitioner (FNP) that is an advanced practice nurse who provides comprehensive primary a family-focused healthcare to patients of all ages, from newborns to older adults.
Conduct physical exams, evaluate symptoms, and take detailed medical histories.
Diagnose and manage acute illnesses (like infections or sprains) and chronic conditions like diabetes or (like infections or sprains) and chronic conditions (like diabetes or high blood pressure).
Prescribe medications, therapies, and lifestyle modifications. Health
Promotion: focus on disease prevention through routine check-ups, immunizations, and wellness screenings.
Perform minor office procedures.
