Shipping and Receiving Coordinator

Stockroom Manager

This position is in charge of making sure products or parts leave the stockroom timely and efficiently. They will also be accountable for making sure products or parts come in, counted, and put away properly. Responsibilities include:

• Keeping accurate inventory counts
• Ensuring the receipt of incoming parts within 24 hours
• Accurately packaging products for delivery to customers
• Ensuring the correct products leave the dock on time with the correct paperwork
• Managing the space in an efficient, organized layout
• Managing the timely receipt, storage, retrieval, and delivery of goods
• Ensuring accurate document recording and data entry into system
• Properly cleaning each order per instruction
• Additional items as assigned by manager

Principal contacts inside/outside the company include interaction with delivery drivers and receivers on a daily basis.

Education and/or experience include:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous experience preferred

Equipment used in this position will include a computer, fork truck, ladders, and lifting devices when needed.

Working and physical conditions for this position will be working out on the dock and in an indoor office.
