We have an immediate full-time opening in our Bellingham, Washington corporate office for a Customer Service & Sales Representative. We are looking for someone who can confidently communicate with our customers, build your knowledge in our products, and play a pivotal role in growing new business opportunities. In this role, you'll become a trusted point of contact, expertly handling inbound inquiries, reaching out to potential clients, and ensuring every customer receives accurate information and timely support.

Job Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls
• Place outbound sales calls
• Place customer orders and optimize customer satisfaction
• Resolving customer inquiries
• Maintain daily workflow through a CRM platform
• Correspond and communicate with customers and external parties
• Provide product pricing and inventory status
• Produce product quotes
• Account maintenance
• Update customers on order status and shipping information
• New business development

Job Requirements

• Diploma or GED
• Must be computer literate
• Ability to demonstrate typing proficiency
• 2 years of applicable customer service experience
• Inbound call center experience preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Organized
• Detail oriented
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Team oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills
