In this role, the SharePoint Developer is responsible for the design, development, customization, and sustainment of SharePoint-based collaboration tools, Power Platform solutions, and enterprise information architecture.Responsibilities:Serve as an Administrator/Owner for SharePoint Online and SharePoint environmentsDesign, build, deploy, and maintain custom SharePoint solutions to improve user experience, data management, and operational efficiencyDevelop dashboards, performance metrics, and interactive reporting tools using Power BI, Power Apps, and Power AutomateCustomize SharePoint functionality using JavaScript, XML, HTML, and other scripting toolsIntegrate SharePoint solutions with Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, Flankspeed, etc.)Implement and enforce security best practices, governance controls, permissions management, and cross-site collection functionsSupport Information Management (IM) and Knowledge Management (KM) initiatives to improve communication and mission readinessProvide technical writing, documentation, end-user support, and training for all SharePoint-based solutionsCollaborate with government stakeholders to gather requirements and translate mission needs into scalable IT solutionsRequirements:Must already possess and maintain an active Secret ClearanceBachelor's degree in computer science or information technology, or related field2+ years of progressive development experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power PlatformDoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+ CE)Working knowledge of web development technologies including JavaScript, HTML, ASP.NET, XML, jQuery, and REST servicesExperience working in agile development methodologies and performing testing/debuggingStrong technical writing ability and documentation expertiseExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical usersWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
