Project Coordinator

We're looking for an organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support a large-scale engineering and project execution program. If you have experience coordinating technical projects, managing documentation, and keeping teams on track, we'd love to hear from you! Location: Remote (Support to Norfolk, VA as needed) Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily project activities and schedules Track action items, milestones, and deliverables Facilitate project meetings and document decisions Support engineering coordination and document control Maintain project records in SharePoint and Microsoft 365 Prepare project status reports and dashboards Identify risks, bottlenecks, and workflow improvements Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to keep projects moving forward Qualifications 2–5 years of project coordination, project controls, engineering, construction, or technical administration experience Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Experience managing project documentation, action logs, and schedules Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Excel); experience with Power BI or Microsoft Project is a plus Experience in offshore, marine, industrial, engineering, construction, or energy projects is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Atlas NextWave
