Event Coordinator

Position overview: This is an entry-level, on-site position that supports the planning and execution of live events, activations, and customer-facing experiences. The role is designed for a people-oriented candidate who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and communicating directly with others.

What makes this different
This is an active, on-site role rather than a remote or behind-the-scenes position. This is not a remote position. Team members work on site and should be comfortable with regular face-to-face interaction with customers, clients, attendees, community members, partners, and/or coworkers depending on the assignment.

Key areas of ownership

· Coordinate event logistics, schedules, materials, and setup

· Welcome attendees and communicate with guests, vendors, and partners

· Support live event execution from setup through breakdown

· Gather attendee feedback and help evaluate event results

We’re looking for someone who brings: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; professional and dependable; comfortable initiating conversations; organized and adaptable; able to work effectively as part of an on-site team. Prior related experience is helpful but not required where training is provided.
