What You'll Be Responsible For

Talent Development

You'll create a culture of continuous learning by:

• Recruiting and identifying future leaders
• Building development plans
• Coaching Team Members and Leaders
• Creating clear career pathways
• Conducting one-on-one coaching conversations
• Supporting leadership succession planning

Training Excellence

You'll ensure every Team Member is equipped for success by:

• Executing onboarding
• Coordinating orientation
• Managing training completion
• Certifying Team members and leaders in operational skills
• Developing & improving training systems
• Evaluating training effectiveness
• Ensuring operational consistency

Team Member Experience

You'll help create an environment where people love coming to work by:

Qualifications

Required

• Previous Training & Development experience
• Previous HR, Talent, Administrative, or Leadership experience
• Strong communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Reliable transportation
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• computer & technology proficiency
• Data analysis and Presentation skills
• Reading, writing, and math skills
• Experience creating systems and processes

Preferred

• Restaurant leadership experience
• Chick-fil-A experience
• Hospitality experience
• Experience coaching leaders

Schedule Expectations

This is an in-person, hands-on leadership position.

Approximately:

• 20–25 hours/week leading in restaurant operations
• 10–15 hours/week dedicated to Talent & Training responsibilities

Schedule includes:

• Monday–Saturday
• 40 hours/ week if seeking FT , 15-25 Hours/Week if seeking PT
• Sundays off
• Open availability required for FT
• Must be willing to serve guests during lunch and dinner peak periods

Physical Requirements

• Stand for extended periods
• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Move throughout the restaurant frequently
• Occasionally work outside during operational needs
