The Goddard School® of Crestview Hills is seeking an experienced, energetic, and entrepreneurial School Director to help lead our brand new preschool. What You'll Do As our founding School Director, you'll help hire an outstanding team, welcome our first families, and establish the positive culture that will define our school for years to come. You'll also:

• Lead daily operations while maintaining Goddard and Kentucky licensing standards
• Hire, coach, develop, and inspire faculty
• Ensure exceptional educational programming and student outcomes
• Build strong relationships with families and provide an outstanding customer experience
• Conduct tours and support enrollment growth
• Manage staffing, scheduling, budgets, and school resources
• Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming environment
• Build community partnerships and represent the school at local events
• Deliver our proprietary Wonder of Learning® program*, designed to spark curiosity, support individual growth and inspire a lifelong love of learning
• Showcase our school through engaging social media posts

We're Looking for Someone Who • Holds a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or a related field
• Has at least three years of successful leadership experience in a licensed preschool or child care center
• Meets Kentucky qualifications to serve as a Child Care Director
• Is a positive, confident leader who inspires and develops others
• Is relatable both to children, parents, and staff
• Exercises sound judgment and confidently solves problems with professionalism and empathy
• Delivers exceptional customer service and communicates effectively
• Is comfortable using Microsoft Office, Excel, iPads, and social media
• Has experience with curriculum implementation and child assessment tools
• Successfully completes all required background checks and fingerprinting

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
