Louisville, KY.We are currently hiring for a Remote Call Center Rep – Medical Answering Service.Schedule: Full-time Pay rate: $13.50SummaryThe Call Center Agent is responsible for accurately and efficiently answering calls received in the Contact Center while providing the highest level of customer service. The Call Center Representative will use the appropriate procedures, tools and equipment to answer inquiries and relay messages. Must be able to work holidays.Essential FunctionsHandle inbound calls in a manner that fall within the service level agreement (SLA) established for the departmentDisplay the ability to understand the reason/needs for the patient or clinician's call and page or contact the appropriate physician to meet the caller's needsAbility to utilize and maneuver several different software systems to resolve customer inquiriesAccurately document caller information and navigate scripts using active listening skillsMeet specified goals and objectives assigned by management on a regular basisProvide exceptional customer service to all clientsMaintain confidentiality of account information at all timesEscalate any problems that may ariseAdhere to the prescribed policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook and the Employee Code of ConductMaintain awareness of and actively participate in the Corporate Compliance ProgramAssist with other projects as assigned by managementKnowledge, Skills & AbilitiesPositive attitude and ability to work well with othersExcellent communication skillsProfessional, articulate voiceAbility to multi-task in several computer applications while holding a conversation with a customerEnjoy working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional attitudeFluency in Spanish preferredEducationHigh School Diploma/GED – requiredExperienceSix months of call center experience/customer service skills preferredBasic Healthcare knowledge preferredBenefitsWe offer an excellent total compensation package, including a competitive salary and benefits.
