What you’ll do DevelopHealth North America management strategies, policies, and practices in collaborationwith the infrastructure domains Safety, Health & Environment,Security, Facility Management, the business units as well as HR and Legal. LeadHealth and Wellness across NA, ensuring compliance with local regulationsand corporate standards and policies. Overseeprograms in Health, incl. Occupational Health & Medicine, MedicalResponse, Travel Health, Pandemic Preparedness, Employee Wellness, MentalHealth, Health Promotion and Hygiene. OverseeHealth Management providers and agreements. Providetechnical advice on medical insurance and drive initiatives for employeehealth and well-being. Consulton and assess Health across all Admin, R&D and Production sites withinthe region. Professionallyrepresent Health NA in regional leadership meetings as well as being partof cross-regional governance. Ensureporting transparency, operational excellence, and cost efficiency in allhealth-related activities. Drivecontinuous improvement and innovation in health programs to supportbusiness objectives. What makes you a good fit Must have 10 plus years of relevant healthcare experience. Candidates must be a Nurse Practitioner, Medical Doctor, Physician Assistant, or hold a Master’s degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, along with an Occupational Health Certification. Corporateexperience is essential, with a strong understanding of organizationaldynamics. Very strong stakeholder management skills and excellent communication skills. Self-starterwith a pioneering mindset, able to work independently and driveinitiatives. Agileapproach that combines strategic thinking with hands-on operationalmanagement. Digitallyliterate and comfortable using technology for communication, reporting,and program management. Willingnessto travel up to 20%. This range represents the good‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
