Responsibilities:
Evaluate and assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans to enhance their independence and well-being
Implement and modify treatment plans to meet changing patient needs and goals
Provide physical therapy interventions, including exercise, manual therapy, and education to patients and their caregivers
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and achieve optimal outcomes
Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Partake in staff meetings and contribute to the development of new programs and services to improve patient care
