Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated RV Detailer to join our team. This role involves thoroughly cleaning and restoring vehicles to their optimal appearance, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the high standards of our service center. The ideal candidate will have a passion for motorhomes, excellent attention to detail, and experience in vehicle cleaning and detailing processes.
Duties
- Perform comprehensive exterior motorhome washes
- Buff and polish vehicle surfaces to achieve a high-gloss finish
- Conduct janitorial tasks such as vacuuming, wiping down surfaces, and maintaining cleanliness of work areas
- Ensure all vehicles meet quality standards before delivery to customers
- Maintain a safe work environment by following proper safety procedures
Requirements
- Prior experience in car washing, detailing, buffing, or custodial work is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment and tools safely and efficiently
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is desirable
- Experience with janitorial or custodial tasks is a plus
- Knowledge of window tinting techniques is advantageous but not required
- Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Prior experience in automotive detailing or related fields such as car wash or janitorial services is highly valued
