Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, technical manuals, and equipment schematics. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer sites as required. Experience Requirements Experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial pumps, fluid handling equipment, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, or related mechanical equipment. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose equipment issues and implement effective solutions. Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills in a field service environment. Experience with equipment installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and technical reporting preferred. Physical Capabilities Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull equipment and materials weighing up to 50 pounds or more with assistance. Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb ladders, and work in industrial environments for extended periods. Comfortable traveling to customer locations and working flexible hours when needed. Ability to wear required PPE and work safely around industrial equipment and machinery. Job Duties Install, commission, inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial pumps and fluid handling equipment at customer facilities. Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and operational issues to restore equipment performance and minimize downtime. Perform operational testing, equipment health assessments, and performance verification following repairs or installations. Train customers on equipment operation, maintenance procedures, safety practices, and system best practices. Prepare detailed service reports, document repairs, and provide recommendations for preventive maintenance, upgrades, and replacement parts. Deliver exceptional customer service while partnering with Engineering, Sales, Customer Service, and Product Management teams to resolve technical issues and improve equipment reliability.
