Fish offers:

Guaranteed Floor: Minimum pay of $17.00 per hour.

Performance Upside: 30% production commission (Earn more as you get faster!).

Priority Bench: Flexible on-call roles available with a weekly Availability Stipend.

Paid training: No experience necessary.
