• Part Time: 1st & 3rd Shift

• PRN: 1st Shifts

• Pay: $32/hour + $10/hour Shift Differential for 2nd/3rd Shifts

• 8-Hour Shifts | 74-Bed Facility

• Located in Tomah, WI

• Assess, evaluate, and provide direct resident care according to individualized care plans

• Administer medications and perform treatments as required

• Supervise and mentor nursing assistants

• Maintain compliance with state regulations and clinical standards

• Promote resident safety, dignity, and overall well-being

• Active LPN license

• Medication administration and IV certification

• Knowledge of state rules and regulations
