Responsibilities Offer real‑world experience on exciting projects Connect with recent college graduates and our company leaders through mentoring and young professionals’ programs Perform assignments under direct supervision of an Architect, Project Manager, or other professionals Participate in the architectural design process and develop alternative solutions and presentation graphics used to communicate concepts to clients or for agency approval Follow through on design development drawings and models, collaborate with production staff for technical details and completion of construction drawings Perform other duties as needed Required Qualifications Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program Attention to detail Strong problem‑solving and communication skills Basic Microsoft Office skills Commitment to being an active participant of our employee‑owned culture Preferred Qualifications Currently enrolled in an architecture program 2 years completed toward a degree with a 3.0+ GPA Demonstrated knowledge of software packages related to the field of study or industry Experience with 3D visualization and physical modeling technologies preferred Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Building Information Modeling (BIM) software required Location and Details Primary Location: United States‑Virginia‑Arlington Industry: Architecture Schedule: Full‑time Employee Status: Regular Job Posting: Jan 26, 2026 #J-18808-Ljbffr HDR, Inc.
