As a Security Officer Armed Concierge in Boca Raton, FL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Join Allied Universal as an armed Front Desk professional at a dynamic location, where you will welcome guests, manage access, monitor activity, and support security-related operations through clear communication and strong customer service. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access at the front desk, assist with visitor check-in processes, and help to document arrivals, departures, and/or other front desk activity in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, reporting concerns and/or unusual activity through appropriate channels.
• Answer questions, provide directions, and support a professional front desk presence while helping to address security-related concerns at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of armed security-related, law enforcement, corrections and/or military experience.
• Possess an armed guard card and unarmed guard card is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
