Tool Room Attendant
Pay: $25.00–$32.00/hour (DOE)
Location: Dallas, TX (Training); Job sites located in Oklahoma or Amarillo, TX
Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM (14 days on, 1 day off)
Job Type: 4–5 Month Contract with Temp-to-Hire Opportunities Based on Performance

Job Summary

Seeking a Tool Room Attendant to support large industrial job sites by managing tool inventory and daily tool room operations. This position is responsible for issuing and receiving tools, maintaining accurate inventory records, organizing tool trailers, and providing excellent customer service to employees on-site.

Training will take place in Dallas, TX for approximately 2–4 weeks before assignment to a job site in Oklahoma or Amarillo, TX .

Responsibilities

• Check tools in and out while maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Organize and maintain tool rooms and tool trailers.
• Perform routine inventory counts and track tool usage.
• Inspect tools for damage and report missing or defective equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service to employees utilizing the tool room.
• Maintain accurate computer records and inventory documentation.
• Keep the tool room clean, organized, and operating efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of tool room, warehouse, inventory, or related experience .
• Basic mechanical aptitude.
• Strong organizational and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
