Únase a nuestro equipo como Asociado de Patio (Yard Associate) con una excelente oportunidad de crecimiento hacia un puesto que involucra viajar a diferentes sitios de trabajo para apoyar en la instalación y montaje de andamios. Inicialmente, será responsable de administrar equipos en la propiedad, clasificar materiales de andamios, cargar y descargar camiones y realizar inventarios. Una vez que haga la transición al puesto de Constructor de Andamios (Scaffold Builder) , sus responsabilidades incluirán preparar sitios de trabajo, ensamblar andamios, mover materiales, asistir al capataz y viajar a distintos proyectos en el área de Charlotte.

• Organizar y recuperar equipos dentro de la propiedad.
• Clasificar y organizar materiales de andamios en el patio.
• Cargar y descargar camiones de la empresa para carpinteros y capataces.
• Realizar inventarios de materiales en el patio.
• Preparar los sitios de trabajo por la mañana y ensamblar o levantar andamios.
• Transportar materiales dentro de la obra y asistir al capataz con otras tareas.
• Viajar a diferentes proyectos dentro del área de Charlotte.
• Ayudar a desmontar andamios utilizando herramientas manuales.
• Cargar camiones de la empresa y apoyar al capataz en el montaje y desmontaje de unidades rentadas.
• Utilizar un arnés de seguridad para trabajar inicialmente a alturas de hasta 10 pies y, después de la certificación (90 días), potencialmente hasta 120 pies.

• Experiencia utilizando herramientas manuales.
• Capacidad para realizar trabajo físico pesado y levantar peso con frecuencia.
• Experiencia en trabajo general de construcción o labor manual.
• Comodidad para trabajar al aire libre en entornos de construcción.
• Aptitud mecánica y capacidad para aprender nuevos procesos.

• Experiencia en carpintería, estructuras (framing), paisajismo, demolición o construcción comercial.
• Familiaridad con el uso de cinta métrica, trabajos de techado y labores de patio.
• Experiencia adicional con herramientas manuales, herramientas eléctricas o carpintería es una ventaja.

Este puesto se desempeña principalmente al aire libre en sitios de construcción y en un amplio patio de operaciones. La instalación cuenta con hasta 70,000 pies cuadrados de espacio y un edificio interior de dos niveles equipado con salas de descanso, dispensadores de agua y máquinas expendedoras para comodidad de los empleados.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Charlotte, NC.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Charlotte,NC.
