Lead Software Engineer - IAM & AI-Driven Testing

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Lead Software Engineer in Plano, TX, within the CTO - Identity & Access Management group. You will join an agile team to build and deliver trusted, scalable technology while shaping an agentic, human-gated testing ecosystem that accelerates delivery with strong controls. You will lead end-to-end testing across IAM journeys, champion AI-assisted tooling for code review and test acceleration, and partner with Product/Engineering/Operations to ensure release-grade #J-18808-Ljbffr JPMorgan Chase & Co.
