Account Executive

Account Executive Department: Sales Reports To: Vice President Sales Location: Las Vegas, NV Status: Full-Time Position Summary The Account Executive is responsible for developing new business while maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with existing clients. This position serves as the primary point of contact throughout the sales process, ensuring projects are accurately on-boarded setting proper expectations to create successful client experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and motivated by creating lasting partnerships in the large-format digital printing and visual communications industry. Essential Responsibilities Business Development Prospect and develop new client relationships through networking, outreach, and industry events. Generate new opportunities within trade show, event, retail, hospitality, corporate, and entertainment markets. Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals. Working with executive management to maintain an active pipeline of qualified opportunities. Relationship Management Build long-term relationships with new and existing accounts. Understand customer brand, project, and timelinerequirements. Provide outstanding customer service throughout. Identify additional opportunities and grow relationships within key accounts. Engage stakeholders to quickly resolve customer concerns. Maintain accurate & current prospect and client information in the company CRM system Financial Responsibilities Maintain healthy customer accounts by assisting with collections when necessary. Monitor aging receivables for assigned customers. Ensure pricing maintains company profitability standards. Work with management regarding credit limits and payment terms. Required Qualifications 3+ years of B2B sales, account management or other client-services role. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/business management software. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Preferred Qualifications Experience in large-format digital printing, commercial printing, signage, exhibits, trade shows, or visual communications. Knowledge of print production processes, materials, and finishing techniques. Familiarity with estimating and project management software. Performance Expectations Achieve established monthly and annual sales goals. Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings. Generate new business on a consistent basis. Maintain accurate CRM and customer records. Ensure timely information responses and project follow-up. Collaborate effectively with production and sales support teams. Physical Requirements Occasional lifting of sample materials up to 25 pounds. Frequent travel within the Las Vegas area for customer visits. Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout production facilities. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary.
