Key Responsibilities Build meaningful and trusting relationships with clients, incorporating empathy and active listening techniques to foster a safe therapeutic environment. Diagnose a variety of mental health disorders utilizing evidence-based assessment tools and techniques, and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific needs. Conduct regular therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families, utilizing diverse therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Family Systems Therapy. Monitor and assess client progress continually; adjusting treatment plans and interventions based on client feedback and evolving needs. Collaborate with other mental health professionals and external specialists as necessary, ensuring integrated care that addresses multifaceted client issues. Utilize our case management system for documentation and tracking client progress, ensuring compliance with state regulations and ethical standards. Patient Population / Client Focus The therapist will engage with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and family-related issues. Our patient population may range from children and adolescents to adults and families, allowing you to apply your expertise across various demographics and presenting concerns. Qualifications A current and active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory. A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required. A strong foundation in therapy practices, with knowledge of relevant diagnostic and treatment methodologies. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple cases effectively, along with strong verbal and written communication abilities. Preferred Experience Prior experience delivering individual and group therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic approaches. Experience working in outpatient mental health settings, preferably with a focus on family therapy and relationship counseling. Familiarity with telehealth practices and digital platforms to facilitate therapy. Compensation and Benefits The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, reflecting the importance of this role within our organization.
