Chief Financial Officer

Finance ManagerThe ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships. They will collaborate with the CEO and the executive team to make decisions regarding company's financial strategy and operations. The candidate will possess a strong background in finance and management.ResponsibilitiesCreate and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to CEOSupport the financial planning and analysis effortsOversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company auditsPrepare financial statements and reportsEnsure legal compliance on all financial functionsManage relationships with banksResponsible, either directly or by managing staff, for all broad finance related functions, e.g. accounting, procurement, AR, AP, cash management, investments, insurance, budgeting, equity (plan) administration, financial and statutory reporting, tax.Direct the company's strategic planning initiatives and help to build out strong practices around FP&A. Partner with all members of the senior management team and other company leadership on business strategy.Build and mentor Finance and Accounting team through the implementation of systems, processes, internal controls and policies.Demonstrate strong Financial stewardship. Direct resource allocation, monitor company expenditures and help review and negotiate customer and vendor agreements.Implement processes, frameworks and systems that allow us to capture and utilize timely and accurate data across the business to make better decisions.Provide support on various operational tasks including P&L and financial projections, pricing and valuation models and company presentations.Partner with leadership on financing strategy, board communications, company culture and corporate development, utilizing your existing relationships and building new ones across the finance community.Weekly sales reports and financial analysis.QualificationsStrong finance-based analytical skills7 - 10 years' of finance experienceCPA preferred but not required*MUST HAVE NETSUITE EXPERIENCE*
