About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead and oversee all fiscal activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic financial advice, leading budgetary planning, and managing the M&A agenda. The CFO will also be tasked with developing and maintaining best practices in financial management, supervising various financial functions, and ensuring the company's financial operations are in line with its goals. A key aspect of the role is to sponsor the development of finance capabilities and to manage relationships with external financial partners. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, with a Master's degree or internationally recognized finance/accounting qualification highly preferred. A minimum of 15 years' experience in a financial leadership role is required, with a background in a professional services environment and experience in upgrading financial systems being advantageous. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, have a thorough knowledge of accounting principles and GAAP, and demonstrate a personal commitment to organizational excellence and ethical decision-making.
