Customer Support Representative I | Greensboro, NC Job Type: Temp to Hire Pay: $22 an hour Schedule: multiple options Industry: General Road Logistics Position Description Kelly Services is seeking a Service Customer Service Representative for a valued client in Greensboro, NC. In this role, you will join a dedicated team providing rapid roadside assistance and logistical support to customers throughout North America. The position is based in a 24/7/365 high-volume call center, where your efforts will help minimize downtime and ensure exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Promptly answer and accurately respond to incoming phone calls regarding roadside assistance and other inquiries while maintaining professional phone etiquette. Delivering outstanding customer service by exercising sound business judgment, listening actively, and probing necessary information. Accurately document all inquiries and case details to ensure transparent and seamless communication with customers. Keep all relevant parties informed throughout the duration of breakdown events. Coordinate dispatch services and follow up with service providers to resolve issues and minimize service delays. Utilize provided tools, resources, and systems, following established operating procedures to ensure consistent customer experience. Qualifications Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment preferred. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally over the phone. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in high-pressure, team-oriented situations. Experience with case management or CRM tools is a plus. Availability to work various shifts, including some weekends and holidays, as part of a 24/7 operation.
