Dulles South Veterinary Center is looking for a part - t ime Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our team as part of the Thrive Pet Healthcare community in South Riding, VA.

Y ou'll play an important role in pets' lives by creating a welcoming and supportive experience for their families from start to finish. Your life-changing work will range from coordinating appointments, managing client communications and guiding visitors through the check-in process, to support services including patient admissions, discharges and ensuring every client interaction reflects exceptional care and compassion.

Your Experience & Skills

• Minimum 2 years of Client/Customer Service related experience required

• Experience in a veterinary clinic setting strongly preferred

• Possesses a positive work attitude

• Self-motivated

• Excellent communication and organization skills

Compensation is negotiable based on experience and credentials, with an expected starting range of $18 - $20 / hour. The actual compensation will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
