Description

The outpatient behavioral health therapist will be a core member of the outpatient behavioral health (OBH) team. The licensed clinician will provide therapy using evidence-based treatments for adults, children, and families, developing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and the care team.

You will work in an outpatient, clinic-based environment — with no after-hours on call, weekends, or major holiday shifts — allowing you to focus on what truly matters: providing quality care and achieving work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree (master's or doctorate) from a counseling program approved by CACREP or CORE; a program at an institution of higher learning accredited by a regional accrediting agency; or a foreign program that has been evaluated by a credentialing body recognized by the board.
• Current and active Oregon licensure as an LPC (required).
• Demonstrated skill in providing behavioral health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Commitment to compassionate, culturally responsive care.

Schedule

• Choice of 4 x 10-hour shifts or 5 x 8-hour shifts.
• Days only, Monday through Friday.
• No weekends or on-call requirements.
