DTC Workforce Programs is now interviewing candidates for a staffing/recruiting role as an Account Coordinator to oversee our Audubon, MN, location. Ideal candidates would have experience with full-cycle recruiting, client relations, and/or team management. This is a fast-paced, high-energy position that requires strong ability in people skills and team-building. We are looking for an upbeat, friendly, FAST-PACED, HIGH-ENERGY, positive, and organized people person. If that's you, let us know!

We are looking for candidates who possess the following skills:
- Strong communication skills both on the phone and face-to-face
- Ability to create spreadsheets and Word documents
- Proven ability to provide services in a business-to-business environment.
- Customer Service
- Self-motivated person who works well independently as well as on a team
- Ability to multitask
- Very fast-paced
- Friendly and Outgoing
- Comfortable speaking in front of groups of 5+ people
