Support store operations and handle high‑traffic periods (evenings, weekends, holidays, promotions, product launches). Share product knowledge and inspire fans to style their jewellery. Maintain merchandising and retail operational standards. Work a flexible schedule that varies with business needs – from fewer hours in slow periods to increased availability during peak times. Complete the assessment required upon application. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications Results‑oriented seller with a strong sales track record. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to charm, captivate, and connect with people at all levels. Minimum age 18 years and eligibility to work, with proof of identity. Strong sense of care in communication and a love of adventure. Flexible schedule availability – nights, weekends, holidays. Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ lbs, and arrive reliably on time.
