Senior Job Captain - Architecture

Studio: D.C. For Sale

This studio is made up of focused single family and townhome experts, dedicated to solving the particular design challenges posed by a tricky site, a program checklist or an ambitious client. Applying experience and innovative ideas to the breadth of owner-occupied typologies, D.C. For Sale are floorplan experts and compliance aces designing around the DMV, the East Coast and beyond. Team building activities and service projects put the whole team on the same page, and they are always willing to collaborate with their officemates D.C. High Density, Interior Design and Research + Development. Together, the entire D.C. office is united under the ethos “one team, one dream.”

Your Impact

KTGY's Senior Job Captain is in the critical position of leading the creation and coordination of the documents that bring the design story into built form. Balancing both a design sensibility and a focus on technical savvy, the Senior Job Captain directs internal staff members, coordinates with consultants, and knits the project inspiration to the project documents, creating outstanding places for people to live in.

Knows every single sheet in the documentation. Masters internal workflow, order, timeline and tasks to reach project milestones effectively and efficiently.

Works to become a trusted team resource for the coordination of the technical execution of the design.

Partnership

Develops expertise in connecting with clients and consultants for the benefit of the project.

The range that the Company expects to pay is $85,000 - $95,000 annually.
