Review medication profiles to identify, prevent, and resolve potential or actual drug-related problems. Oversee and execute compounding and dispensing of medications. Serve as a clinical preceptor, guiding pharmacy students through academic rotations and training. Deliver patient counseling to ensure medication adherence and clear understanding of therapeutic goals. What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need Licensure / Certification / Registration: Pharmacist credentialed from the Maryland Board of Pharmacy obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education Bachelor\'s or advanced degree in Pharmacy required.
