Position: Custodian
Location: Philadelphia, PA 19426

Schedule

• Monday through Friday

• 6pm-10:00pm

Job Summary
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented School Cleaning Technician to help maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment for students, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate is reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. 

Responsibilities

• Clean classrooms, hallways, offices, restrooms, cafeterias, and common areas.

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust assigned areas.

• Empty trash and replace trash liners throughout the building.

• Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces.

• Restock restroom supplies as needed.

• Maintain clean and safe floors.

• Report maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor.

• Follow all company policies and safety procedures.

• Perform other cleaning duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous commercial or school cleaning experience is preferred but not required.

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

• Must be dependable, punctual, and organized.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check.

• Must be able to communicate in both English and Spanish.
