Puesto: Líder de Equipo de Limpieza Escolar (Team Lead)

Resumen del Puesto
Estamos buscando un Líder de Equipo de Limpieza Escolar responsable y con experiencia para supervisar y apoyar al equipo de limpieza, asegurando que las instalaciones escolares se mantengan de acuerdo con los estándares de la empresa y del cliente. La persona ideal debe tener habilidades de liderazgo, experiencia en limpieza y capacidad para trabajar en conjunto con el gerente y el equipo.

Responsabilidades
Apoyar al equipo de limpieza durante el turno asignado.
Comunicar las tareas diarias y expectativas al personal de limpieza.
Trabajar en conjunto con el gerente para asegurar que se cumplan los estándares de limpieza.
Inspeccionar el trabajo realizado y brindar orientación cuando sea necesario.
Ayudar a entrenar a nuevos empleados en procedimientos de limpieza y normas de seguridad.
Realizar tareas de limpieza , incluyendo salones, baños, pasillos y áreas comunes.
Verificar que los suministros estén disponibles y reportar faltantes a la gerencia.
Ayudar a resolver problemas y atender inquietudes relacionadas con la limpieza.
Mantener un ambiente escolar limpio, seguro y organizado.
Requisitos
Debe poder comunicarse efectivamente en inglés y español .
Experiencia previa en limpieza requerida.
Preferible experiencia previa como líder de equipo o supervisor.
Capacidad para trabajar en equipo con el gerente y el personal de limpieza.
Buenas habilidades de comunicación y liderazgo.
Ser responsable, puntual y detallista.
Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y en equipo.
Debe poder aprobar una verificación de antecedentes penales.
