The Regional Fitness Training Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, coaching development, and operational fitness excellence of multiple Orangetheory Fitness studios within the Camarillo Fitness network. This role partners closely with the Fitness Development Team to ensure the successful onboarding, development, and performance of coaches post-OTFit certification. The Regional Fitness Manager is also responsible for driving consistency in coaching quality and contributing to an exceptional member experience.

This role oversees studios including but not limited to the following markets: Columbia, SC; Greenville, SC; Charleston, SC; Savannah, GA; Hilton Head, SC; Augusta, GA; Summerville, SC; and Myrtle Beach; SC.

Key Responsibilities

Coach Development & Evaluation:

• Oversee post-OTFit certification shadowing and development for Head Coaches with new coach candidates
• Administer and submit Post-OTFit Certification Testouts using the 90/90 Evaluation Form and provide recorded sessions to the Fitness Development Team
• Conduct quarterly evaluations for all coaches using standardized KPIs

Training & Education

• Facilitate quarterly “Burn and Learn” workshops for assigned studios (content provided by the Fitness Development Team)
• Recruit, onboard, and train coaches at the home studio to ensure alignment with Orangetheory standards

Coaching Responsibilities:

• Actively coach a minimum of 6 Orangetheory classes per week

Team Support:

• Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor for Studio Directors and Head Coaches within your assigned region
• Promote best practices in coaching, member engagement, and the delivery of the Orangetheory workout experience

Qualifications

• Must hold a current nationally recognized fitness certification from an OTF-approved provider (e.g., ACSM, ACE PT/GFI, NASM, NSCA, AFAA PT/GFI)
• Must have a valid CPR/AED certification
• Current OTFit Certification required
• Minimum 6 months of experience as an Orangetheory Head Coach
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to motivate and develop others
• High energy, positive attitude, and a commitment to excellence
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Self-starter with excellent time management and communication skills
